Keeping Track of How You're Doing

Tracking can allow you to watch your path toward better health.  Working toward good health can be tedious and discouraging.  Weight goes down for a while and then seems frozen at a set point.  If you can continue to maintain discipline through the tough times, you’ll develop the commitment to good health that will sustain you once your goals are reached.

It’s never a good idea to reward goal achievement with a binge return to old habits of lethargy and overeating.  Enjoy good health with vim as your reward.  You’ll like yourself more and others will respond to the difference.

The best way to track is through charts.  You may want to make your own charts.  Below is how the Withings® Healthmate app tracks progress as measured by such Withings®’ products as the Smart Body Analyzer scale and the Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor
